But eczema doesn't have a definitive cure, so all you can do is ease the flare-ups. So I gave this cream a 4-star rating. <br />It didn't really help my daughter, but it's one of the best moisturizing creams we found on the market. It feels very good on her skin and keeps dryness at bay. It does not come right off, which is great. But it is easy to wash off and it's not greasy. I have a 6 mo. old who has eczema and can get pretty dry and rashy.
