Get some type of dead sea products, bath salts and lotions are good. I use them for mine. I also get a really think lotion to put on and let it sit, rather than rubbing it all the way in. This will help get rid of the itch.

Yeah I had eczema when i was little and the doctor told me to use a lotion that you can buy in drug stores called “eucerin”. my sister had it too and she used this stuff called “vermont’s original bag balm”. I think it is sold at drug stores too. my doctor told me to rub the eucerin on the eczema every night. if you have really severe eczema, you should use the bag balm tho. its thicker ( kinda like mushed up chapstick or vaseline). but you shouldnt rub anything in, just dab it before you go to bed. dont get mad if you dont see results right away, it takes a whilebut it should slowly improove. hope this helps:)

I treated my eczema with herbal remedies from serenaskin.com. This treatment doesn’t contain steroids. Cream and spray cleared my skin and now I just take anti-eczema extract to prevent future flare-ups. It works effectively for me.

Eczema is not actually a disease. It is the symptom of another disease, usually an allergy. It is sad that most people don’t know this and continue to poison themselves and be miserable. Doctors would rather prescribe you creams to slather all over yourself and they don’t ever work.

The most common culprits that trigger eczema would be gluten and milk. It is likely that you have Celiac Disease which is a gluten intolerance. 1 in 133 people have Celiac Disease and don’t even know it. My son has been gluten free for a month now and his eczema is gone. You can get an allergy blood panel to test for gluten and other things or you could try a gluten free diet for a few weeks. At least look it up and see for yourself. I wish I could inform the world, but I will have to settle for a person by person basis. I hope you figure it out soon. Please don’t just live with it. You could be hurting yourself.
